Upcoming Program: September Echoes

September Echoes, a production of the Distant Voices Touring Theatre.

Sunday, April 1 at 4:00 p.m. at the Wesley College Chapel on the corner of Division St. and N. Bradford St., Dover, Delaware. This is FREE and open to the public, with a picnic following.

In times of war, ethnic, and religious intolerance are often unintended victims of national security. Through a fusion of history, drama and music, this unique play compels its listeners to recognize the domestic costs of international conflict.

Audience members may remain after the performance for discussion with the authors and cast and for a picnic to follow. Picnickers are invited to bring their own supper and, if they so choose, a dessert to share. Beverages and paper products will be provided.

Picnic for Peace is bringing this production to Dover, Delaware; along with many sponsors- New Church of Dover, Presbyterian Church of Dover, ACLU or Delaware, Camden Friends Meeting, Interfaith Council of Dover, Kent County Peace Fellowship, Chaplain's Office of Wesley College, Student Government Association of Campus Community High School. This program is also made possible in part by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware.
